I spent all weekend working on my first ever skirt! It is made like a skirt I bought at Target a while back. I am so proud! I had no idea how to do an invisible zipper, but it wasn’t too hard. I did get it a little tight toward the top and I have to do a little grunting to get it to zip past this one spot. Anyway… without further ado… my new skirt!!
I didn’t get a picture of the zipper on the side but it is PERFECT if I do say so myself.
I am so thrilled with how it turned out!

That looks great! Did you use a pattern?

Thanks!
No, I didn’t use a pattern. I just traced the different pieces of the skirt I had and looked at how it was made. It was actually pretty easy.

It looks great! I have a similar skirt that I love. Your fabric choices are lovely, and the matching waistband and pleat lining are so fun!
